Green Line Extention

Project Overview:

Costing $2.3 Billion the project extended the MBTA Green line from Lechmere Station to Union Sq in Somerville and College Ave in Medford. Lechmere station was relocated and 6 new stations were constructed. The project included a new vehicle storage and maintenance facility, miles of retaining walls, relocating existing tracks, new catenary and signal systems, and 1.9 miles of community path.

Survey Management, 3D laser scanning, construction layout, deformation monitoring, as-built surveys, AUL plans, and topographic surveys
